CT检查在霉菌性鼻窦炎中的诊断价值研究

Value of CT Examination in the Diagnosis of Fungal Sinusitis

目的:研究CT检查在霉菌性鼻窦炎中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月-2013年1月在我院行CT扫描并均经病理证实为霉菌性鼻窦炎患者60例,分析这些患者的CT检查影像资料,主要观察患者CT显示的霉菌性鼻窦炎的病变范围、病变区的密度、病变部位鼻窦骨壁的骨质情况。结果:霉菌性鼻窦炎CT影像学表现的主要为:病变部位主要好发于上颌窦,常局限于单侧;鼻窦腔内的软组织影像呈现斑点状的钙化散在的影像;病变一侧的鼻窦窦口较对侧增大,使受累侧的正常组织结构受压移位;病变部位鼻窦骨壁的骨质增厚、硬化,骨质被破坏。结论:霉菌性鼻窦炎具有一定的CT影像学特征,CT检查可有效的诊断霉菌性鼻窦炎,可确定病变范围及病变程度,并有助于与其他疾病的鉴别诊断,对临床上诊断该病具有重要的价值。

Objective： To study the diagnostic value of CT examination of the fungal sinusitis. Results： Fungal sinusitis CT imaging mainly： lesions mainly occur in the maxillary sinus, often limited to one side; sinus cavity and soft tissue imaging showed punctate calcifications scattered images; sinuses sinus lesion side mouth compared with the contralateral increases, the affected side of normal tissue structure pressure shift; bone lesions sinus bone wall thickening, hardening, bone is destroyed. Conclusion： Fungal Sinusitis CT imaging has certain characteristics, CT examination can effectively diagnose fungal sinusitis, and can determine the extent of disease severity, and help with the differential diagnosis of other diseases, the clinical diagnosis of the disease has an important value.
