The Value of Ultrasound in Gynecological Examination

目的:对超声在妇科检查中的应用价值进行分析与探讨。方法:选取500名2012年4月-2013年6月在我院接受妇科检查的妇女,对所有妇女实施超声检查,对不同年龄段妇女妇科病检出情况进行分析与对比。结果:所选取的500名妇女中,发病率最高的是宫颈疾病,达到63.9%,而且在所有宫颈疾病妇女中,最为多见的是宫颈囊肿,其发病率为38.3%;33名妇女被检出患有妇科急腹症,对比不同年龄段妇女急性宫颈炎与宫颈息肉发病率,存在明显差异性,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:研究表明,超声检查具有经济实用、操作简单以及准确迅速的特点,能够有效缩短妇科疾病诊疗时间,进一步降低了误诊率与漏诊率,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective： To analyze the application value of ultrasound in gynecological examination and discussion. Methods： To select 500 in April 2012-June 2013 in our hospital to accept women of department of gynecology, ultrasound for all women, women of different ages of gynecology checked out case analysis and comparison. Results： Selected 500 women, the highest incidence of a disease is cervical disease, 63.9%, and in all the cervical disease in women, the most rare is the cervical cyst and its incidence is 38.3%, 33 women suffer from gynecological acute abdomen was detected, compared with different ages women with acute cervicitis and the incidence of cervical polyp, obvious difference, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： Study shows that ultrasound has the characteristics of the economic and practical, simple operation and accurate quickly, disease diagnosis and treatment of department of gynecology can effectively shorten the time and further reduce the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
