摘要
目的:观察探讨输尿管镜技术在泌尿外科疾病治疗中的应用价值与效果。方法:选取收治并应用输尿管镜进行治疗的患者254例,统计手术术式、效果及并发症情况。结果:输尿管取石209例,成功173例,成功率82.78%,上段取石68例,成功47例,成功率69.12%,中下段结石141例,成功134例,成功率95.04%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管技术应用于泌尿外科临床治疗效果显著,特别是针对小儿、中下段病变手术成功率较高,此外该类型手术对手术的操作技巧要求较高。
Objective： To observe and explore the therapeutic effect of ureterorenoscopic realignment for traumatic technology in urology application value and effect. Methods： Selection and application of ureteroscopy for the treatment of 254 cases of patients, statistical surgery procedures, effects and complications. Results： 209 cases of ureteral lithotomy successful in 173 cases, the success rate of 82.78%, the stones in 68 cases, 47 cases were 69.12% success rate, lower stones 141 cases, 134 cases of success, success rate 95.04%, significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The ureteral technology applied in urology clinical treatment effect is remarkable, especially for children, the middle period of lesion surgery success rate is high, moreover this type of surgery higher requirements to the operation of the operation skills.
