摘要
随着风险社会的到来,高职学生的法律风险意识问题也逐渐凸显。对广东省十所高职院校学生法律风险意识进行了调研,并对调研数据进行实证分析,指出高职学生法律风险意识存在的问题,进而提出了强化高职学生法律风险教育的对策和建议。
With the coming of the risk society, the issue of vocational college students’legal risk awareness has become more prominent. The legal risk awareness of students from 10 vocational colleges in Guangdong Province was investigated and analyzed. This paper points out the existing problems in college students＆#39; legal risk awareness, and then analyzes the practical significance of legal risk education for vocational college students. It finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the legal risk awareness of vocational college students.
