摘要
对环氧化度为 50 %的环氧化天然橡胶 (ENR -50 )增韧聚氯乙烯 (PVC)体系的力学性能进行了研究 ,并分析了防老剂 4 0 1 0与增塑剂DOP对PVC/ENR增韧体系性能的影响。结果表明 :ENR有较好的增韧效果 ,且对PVC的强度影响不大 ;DOP既可增塑也可增韧 ,但DOP的加入将影响ENR对PVC的增韧作用 ;防老剂 4 0 1 0可阻止ENR的老化 ,改善PVC/ENR -50共混物的性能。
The mechanical properties of epoxidized natural rubber(ENR-50)toughened poly(vinyl chloried) (PVC) were studied.The effects of plasticizer DOP and antioxidant 4010 on PVC/ENR-50 toughened system were researched.The results showed that ENR had good toughening effect on PVC,decreased the strength a little.DOP acted either plasticizer or toughener to PVC,but it decreased the efficiency of ENR toughened PVC.Antioxidant 4010 improved the mechanical properties on PVC/ENR-50 blends.
