摘要 为研究某新型重机枪自动机的动力学特性,在分析了其结构特点及运动原理的基础上,以该枪为研究对象,考虑射手和土壤边界条件,利用ADAMS软件,建立了该枪的动力学模型。分析了3发连续射击时枪机和内机匣的运动特性,对比分析了枪机与枪机框的运动速度,并对其中的一个射击循环进行了深入研究。分别选取枪机和内机匣速度为校验指标,对比分析仿真结果与实验数据,验证了仿真分析的可信性,为该枪进一步的运动分析、参数匹配及结构优化奠定了基础。 In order to study the automaton dynamic characteristics of a certain type of heavy machine gun, taking the machine gun as the study object,based on analyzing its structural characteristics and movement principle,the dynamics model of the machine gun was established with the help of considering the boundary conditions of shooter and soil and by use of ADAMS software.The kinematic characteristics of bolt and inner receiver in three rounds bursts of fire were analyzed.The movement velocity of bolt and bolt carrier were analyzed comparatively.And one of the firing cycles was studied in depth.Respectively choosing the velocity of bolt and inner receiver as the checkout target,the simulation results were compared with the test data,the feasibility of the simulation results was verified.The study results can provide the foundation for further movement analyzing,parameter matching and structural optimization of the machine gun.
