摘要 针对某转膛自动机惯性输弹机构加速杠杆断裂故障,建立了惯性输弹机构刚柔耦合动力学模型,以试验测得的滑板和撞块位移数据驱动输弹机构,在RecurDyn环境中对输弹过程进行仿真,得到了加速杠杆的应力云图。通过分析应力变化找出了加速杠杆的断裂原因,在此基础上改进了加速杠杆,通过增大加速杠杆过渡圆弧半径,有效降低了加速杠杆在输弹过程中的最大应力。试验结果表明改进后的加速杠杆满足使用要求。 In view of the breakage fault of accelerating lever in revolving chamber automatic mechanism inertia ramming mechanism,a rigid-flexible coupled dynamics model of inertia ramming mechanism was established.By use of the displacement data obtained from sliding board and impact block to drive the inertia ramming mechanism,the ramming process was simulated with the help of RecurDyn to obtain stresses nephogram of the accelerating lever.The breakage reason of accelerating lever was found out by means of analyzing changes of stress.Based on this,the design of the accelerating lever was improved,and the maximum stress of accelerating lever was effectively decreased during the ramming process by enlarging the round radius.The results of proj ectile ramming test showed that the improved accelerating lever can meet the operational requirements.
