摘要
文章通过全断面硬岩掘进机(简称TBM)在新疆达坂软岩隧洞的工程实例,阐述了适用于软岩隧洞开挖的TBM设备功能特性应有良好的适应性,TBM选型和制定过程中应确定合理的TBM掘进性能主要技术指标,并考虑既要满足多种复杂地质条件、与施工方案相匹配,也要符合工期、安全要求。
Based on the application example of the TBM in Daban soft rock tunnel in Xinjiang, the paper describes that the functional characteristics of TBM equipment should has good adaptability to suitable for the soft rock tunnel excavation. In the process of the type selection and formulation process of the TBM, the main technical indexes of the TBM performance should be determined reasonably, which not only consider the match of the multiple complex geologic conditions and the construction scheme, but also meet the requirements of construction period and the safety.
