An Exploration of Improving the Appropriateness of the Regulatory Situations for Chinese Small- and- Medium- Sized Towns——Using the Downtown Area of Guanqiao Town,Nan'an City as An Example

做好中小城镇的开发建设与控制,对我国未来城市发展举足轻重。文章通过对南安官桥中心镇区建设发展个案分析,指出了当前我国中小城镇控规的若干不适性,并基此提出了增强我国中小城镇控规适切性的一些思路,介绍了以南安官桥中心镇区控规的工程个案。

A very essential part of Chinese future city development is the better construction of its small - and - medium - sized towns. By analyzing the construction ease of Downtown Guanqiao, Nan＇ an City, this article points to several inappropriate current regulatory situations of the Chinese small- and- medium - sized towns during their constructions. Based upon those points, it then introduces a few suggestions that could possibly improve the current situation, specified in the construction ease of Downtown Guanqiao, Nan＇ an city.
