从我国乙烯工业的现状分析我国石油化工结构调整的必要性和迫切性。随着中国加入世界贸易组织 ,扬巴一体化工程的建设正是迎接入世挑战和融入世界经济一体化的又一战略措施和重大步骤。

The necessity and urgency of petrochemical structural readjustment of China were analyzed in this paper, based on the recent situation of Chinese ethylene industry. As China will accede to WTO, the construction of YPC-BASF IPS was just a strategic process and a large step to meet the gauntlet and to melt into the integration in global economy.
