天南星抗肿瘤的初步研究

Preliminary study of rhizome arisaematis on anti-tumor

目的观察天南星的抗肿瘤作用。方法体内实验:建立小鼠H22肝癌皮下移植模型,灌胃给予天南星粉,2次/d,监测小鼠体质量,检测肿瘤体积、质量以及免疫器官指数,评价天南星对肿瘤生长的影响;体外实验:采用MTT法测定天南星水煎液对lewis肺癌细胞生长的影响。结果体内试验:在本实验剂量下(100g/L),与对照组比较,天南星灌胃可使肿瘤生长减慢,抑瘤率为34.7%,给药期间不影响小鼠生长状态,胸腺指数和肝脏指数略微降低,脾脏指数升高;体外实验:天南星水煎液在实验剂量下对lewis肺癌细胞生长无影响。结论天南星有抗肿瘤作用,其抗肿瘤作用不是直接细胞毒作用。

Objective To investigate the antitumor effect of rhizome arisaematis .Methods In vivo , hepatoma H22 cancer of mouse subcutaneously transplanted model was used and the mice were administrated rhizome arisaematis twice daily . The anti-tumor roles of rhizome arisaematis were evaluated by detecting tumor volume ,weight and immune organ index . In vitro , the effect of rhizome arisaematis on lewis cells was observed by MTT . Results In vivo , compared with control group , the tumor in rhizome arisaematis group was smaller , the tumor inhibitory rate was 34 .7% , both of liver index and thymus index decreased , spleen index increased . In vitro , rhizome arisaematis at used doses has no effect on lewis lung cancer cells .Conclusion Rhizome arisaematis has beneficial effects on tumor treatment , and its antitumor isn？t cytotoxicity .
