摘要
铁路公安转制招录国考生后,青年民警数量增多,渐成队伍建设生力军,具有文化素质高、思想活跃、思维方式多元、价值取向多样、追求创新、可塑性强等特点,但同时还存在着各种各样的问题。必须充分结合青年民警的优势、实际需求和公安工作需要,以可期愿景吸引人、以公平机制激励人、以深情关爱感动人、以良好环境留住人,帮助青年民警坚定信念,踏实工作,不断成长,建功立业。
Since railway police organs began to enroll police officers from students who had passed the National Civil Servant Exam, young police officers are increasing and becoming gradually a new force to the construction of railway police teams. Young railway police officers have the characteristics of high cultural quality, active thinking, various thinking styles, diverse value orientations, pursuit of innovation, and strong flexibility, but they have tendency problems with characteristics of youth. So it is necessary to attract talents with expectant visions, to encourage talents with fair mechanisms, to affect talents with affectionate care, to retain talents with sound environment, by combining the advantages and actual demands of young police officers with the needs of the public security work.
