在２１世纪，提高德育工作者自身素质尤为重要。２１世纪商校德育工作者应具有较为全面的自身素质，即过硬的政治素质、高尚的道德素质、精湛的知识素质、较强的能力素质和豁达的心理素质等方面，并通过五个方面的途径未实现。

In the 21st century,it is very important to improve the self-quality of the self-quality of the moral education teachers in colleges and universities.The author thinks that the moral education teachers in college and universities should have overall self-quality. These qualities include a perfect master of political quality,noble moral quality, consummate knowledge quality, fairly good capable quality and lenient psychological quality. These qualities can be improved through five approaches.
