高校文科学报审稿质量与“三审制”

The Quality of Going Over Drafts of Literal Art Journal in Colleges and Triple-Draft System

在编辑过程的诸多环节中，编辑审阅鉴定、整理加工这一环节是提高刊物质量的根本。作为高校文科学报的责任编辑，从审稿和加工整理的角度讲，应具备理论思辨能力、审读鉴赏能力和驾驭文字的能力。只有充分发挥责任编辑的多方面作用，实行严格意义上的“三审制”，才能保证书刊的质量。

In many links of editoring, appraising, arranging and going over drafts is of the basic importance to approve the quality of publications. As an editor-in-chief of literal art journal in colleges,he should have the abilities of scientific thought and debate, have the abilities of examination and appreciation, and have the abilities of mastering of writing in going over and arranging drafts. Only by bringing the editor-in-chief into full play and by going over drafts for three times can they ensure the quality of publications.
