水系变迁与合肥城市发展关系研究

合肥是一座历史悠久的古城,在城市水系与城市发展过程中,合肥因水得名,生于水,兴于水,秉承了水之性,在古代城市营造和建国后的城市规划中充分利用了城市水系的作用,也因水系的变迁、河道的淤塞造成了城市的衰落。进入21世纪以来,随着合肥市城市化进程的加速,如何做好"水"文章,保护好城市的母亲河,这对合肥市的进一步发展有着重要影响。
