摘要
为实现热熔釜加热系统高效、节能、低污染,利用感应加热的方式对热熔釜进行加热.通过FLUX软件对热熔釜感应加热过程进行数值模拟,得到热熔釜在时间、空间上的温度分布.并把仿真结果与实验结果进行对比分析,证明仿真结果的可靠性.通过改变影响感应加热的主要因素对仿真结果进行优化,实验验证加热效率从72.2%提高到88.2%.仿真结果可以为该类感应加热热熔釜的进一步发展研究提供指导.
For the purpose of high efficiency ,energy saving and low pollution ,an induction heating for heating hot kettle is put forward .The induction heating process of hot melt kettle is numerically simulated by FLUX to get temperature distribution of hot melt kettle in time and space .Analysis is made by comparing simulation results with experimental results ,which proves the reliability of the simulation results .The simulation results are optimized by changing the main factors influencing the induction heating .The experiment verifies that the heat efficiency is increased from 72 .2% to 88 .2% .The simulation results provide guidance for the further development and research of the induction heating hot melt kettle .
