This paper interprets the unique writing arts that Shelley employed in the lyric ＂Ode to the West Wind＂ from the perspective of rhyme and rhythm. As a British Romanticist in the 19th century, Shelley demonstrated great talent in applying rhyme and rhythm to his poetic creation, which attained perfect unity of sound, form and meaning, in this way, Shelley expressed his praise for nature; meanwhile, Shelley employed symbols to endow West Wind deep meaning, and made West Wind a carrier to convey his revolutionary Romantic spirit.
