试论教师生产效率的影响因素

Discussion on the Factors of Teachers' Production Efficiency

教育产业化的不断发展,使得教师成为教育行业中特殊的劳动者,成为教育生产链上的普通而必要的生产者,教师生产效率也必然成为教育生产效率的贡献者和航标。教师是教育的主导者,通过对影响教师生产效率的5个主要因素进行了分析,即:教师的教育任务、教师的身份地位、教师公平、教师质量、教师的教学能力,从而掌握解决影响教育生产效率的源头问题。

The continuous development of the industrialization of education, makes teachers that become special workers in education industry and that become the ordinary and necessary producers on the chain of education production ,than teachers＇ production efficiency will inevitably become the contributors and navigation of education production efficiency .Teachers are the leader of the education, so only understanding the factors which affect the teachers＇ production efficiency can the source of the problem which influence the education production efficiency be resolved.In this paper, the five main factors influencing the teachers＇ production efficiency are analyzed, i.e. the teachers＇ education task, teachers＇ status, teachers＇ fair, teacher quality, teachers＇ teaching ability.
