摘要
我国教师教育政策从1978年至2013年经历了不断完善的发展过程。通过对其政策文本的分析和解读,透视出教师教育政策在发展演变过程中所遵循的价值取向变迁的路径,即从工具本位向教师本位的移行;从注重职前培养向职前职后教育一体化过渡;由强调效率到更加关注公平;由一元化迈向多元化。同时,我国教师教育政策价值取向的变迁过程,呈现出追求"公平优先、兼顾效率"、"以人为本、和谐发展"、"均衡化、一体化"和"多元化、开放化"的特点。
Through an analysis of teacher education policy discourse in China from 1978 to 2013,we can see many changes in prevailing value orientations,for instance,from instrumentalism to humanism,from focusing on pre-service education to integration of preservice and in-service education,from efficiency-oriented to equity-oriented,from a monastic to a pluralistic mode of teacher education. Nowadays,value orientations in education policy discourse emphasizes'the priority of equity with due consideration to efficiency','people-oriented harmonious development',as well as'balanced and integrated','pluralistic and flexible'policy-making.
