新能源企业经营现状及补贴偏好分析——基于浙江新能源企业调查

为了了解浙江省新能源企业对补贴的满意度及要求,课题组选择170家新能源企业调研发现,虽然享受补贴的企业比例高、补贴效果明显,但仍有1/3的新能源企业2012年未达到盈利状态,享受补贴企业对补贴效果感觉非常满意的只占1.8%。因此,政府还需不断完善与改进新能源产业补贴:通过控制新能源产品成本和扩大新能源产品市场需求来降低供应价格,通过开发新能源产品用途和减少新能源产品的可替代程度来提高新能源产品的需求价格,以维持新能源产品供需价格的动态均衡;对从事新能源产业不同经营环节的企业给予针对性的补贴;补贴形式宜多样化。

The research group has selected 170 new energy enterprises to investigate the satisfactions and requirements of new energy enterprises for subsidies in Zhejiang province. Althoughmany enterprises enjoy high subsidies, which have obvious effects, one third of new energy enterprises did not achieve profits in 2012, and only 1.8% of selected enterprises were satisfied with the subsidies. Therefore, the government should improve the subsidies for new energy industry to reduce the prices by con- trolling costs of new energy products and increasing demands on the market, increase the demand prices by developing the usage of new energy products and reducing the degree of substitutability on the new energy products in order to maintain the dynamic equilibrium onsupply and demand prices of new energy products, offer enterprises in different processes corre- sponding subsidies, and provide diversified forms of subsidies.
