国际创业和可持续性创业相交问题探析

近些年出现了一类同时获得了良好的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益的跨国创业企业,这类跨国企业既有跨国的小型创业企业,也有大型企业下属的跨国创业企业。由于这类跨国企业同时实现了社会效益、环境效益和经济效益的统一,在所在国家获得了良好的社会影响和长远稳定的市场。这类企业同时实现国际化和可持续性创业,反映在企业实践中出现了国际创业和可持续性创业的交集现象。本文从阐释可持续性和国际创业理论入手,首先从理论上阐释存在国际创业和可持续性创业的相交区域,继而进一步分析国际创业和可持续性创业相交区域中需要研究的问题。

There is a new type of transnational entrepreneurial ventures emerging in the recent years, which have achieved social bene- fits, environmental benefits and economic benefits. The transnational entrepreneurial ventures are both small and subsidiary large transnational entrepreneurial ventures. With the unity of social benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefits, these ventures have owned good reputations and their long- term stable markets, and have achieved both internationalization and sustainability. Emergence of this new type of ventures has bridged the field of international entrepreneurship and that of sustainable entrepreneurship, creating an intersecting zone. In this paper, the existence of the intersecting zone between the field of international entrepreneurship and that of sustainable entrepreneurship and the research problems in the intersecting zone are explained.
