摘要
作为一种新型的金融衍生工具,结构性理财产品一般可以分为外汇挂钩类、指数挂钩类、股票挂钩类和商品挂钩类四种形态。结构性理财产品具有收益高风险大、产品种类灵活多变、本金流动性较差、有较高的市场准入门槛等几个方面的特点。我国商业银行结构性理财产品的发展速度较快,但存在问题不少,主要有:结构性理财产品的外部环境不够健全;商业银行风险意识不足;结构性理财产品设计缺乏特色;结构性理财产品营销环节弱等几个方面。完善结构性理财产品业务,必须从完善外部环境、加强风险控制、推动营销模式创新等方面着手。
As a new type of financial derivatives, structured financial products in general can be divided into four types: foreign exchange linked, index linked, equity linked and commodity linked. Structured products are characterized with high profits and risks, flexible product types, poor mobility, a higher threshold for market access and other aspects. The structured financial products of China' s commercial banks grow rapidly, but there are many problems, including imperfect external environment for structured financial products, insufficient risk awareness of commercial banks, characterless structured financial product de- sign, and weak marketing links for structured financial products. In order to improve the structural financial product business, we must improve the external environment, strengthen risk control and promote the marketing model innovation.
