海瑞的儒学见解与践履

Hai Rui's View and Practice of Confucianism

文章不太认同已有的海瑞思想矛盾调合说、多元结构说、哲学转型说,转而认为,海瑞可以说是一位独立的思想者,他置身于儒学学派之外,秉着自己对儒学的一贯理解,对先秦儒学及唐宋以来的儒学思想,可取则取,不可取则予以批评;对于程朱、陆王,也不偏袒于哪一家,没有明显的学派意识。

Rather than conformity to the existing viewpoints on Hai Rui＇s thought,such as the theory of＂reconciliation of contradictions＂,＂multi-structure＂,and ＂philosophical transition＂,this paper holds that Hai Rui can be described as an independent thinker. He does not pertain to any Confucian school with his consistent understanding of Confucianism in mind. For the thought of the Pre-Qin Confucianism and Confucianism since the Tang and Song Dynasties,he adopts the advisable and criticizes the inadvisable. For the Cheng-Zhu and LuWang Schools,he shows no partiality or obvious awareness of different schools.
