基础教育是高等师范院校人才输出的重要渠道。当前,高等师范院校人才培养与基础教育师资需求之间的矛盾日益凸现,在这种情况下,积极探索高等师范院校教师教育培养模式与基础教育的无缝对接,对于高等师范院校和基础教育的发展均大有裨益。

Basic education is an important channel for personnel output of higher normal colleges. At present, the contradiction between the personnel training and the needs of basic education teachers in higher normal colleges has become increasingly prominent. In this case, it is useful for the development of higher normal colleges and basic education by exploring seamless docking actively of the teacher education training model and basic education in normal colleges.
