摘要
为提升大学生就业能力,高职院校商务英语专业应凝练特色。在教学管理方面,实现人才培养校企合作化、动态化,师资队伍结构多元化,学生管理"导师"化,教学管理科学化,教学资源利用最大化。在人才培养过程方面,实现核心能力培养岗位化,考证、比赛课程化,实训实习教学立体化、常态化,"教、学、做"一体化,毕业论文、顶岗实习和就业一体化,以提升高职商务英语专业学生就业能力。
In order to enhance College student's employability, the specialty construction of business English major in higher vocational colleges should be focused on the cultivation of its own special features. Teaching management is therefore to be college-enterprise cooperative and dynamic; faculty team to be structurally diversified; student management to be tutorial system applied, teaching administration to be more scientific; teaching resources to be utilization maximised. Furthermore, students' core vocational capacity should be post-oriented; trainings for gaining professional certificates or winning professional capacity contests should be curriculum-systematic; practical training and internship should be three-dimensional and normalized; teaching, learning and doing, together with graduation paper, internship and employment should be fully integrated, so as to promote the employability of college graduates, especially those business English major students.
