我国高等体育院校(系)学科组织结构创新

Innovation of Disciplinary Structure in Universities and Departments of P.E.in China

运用文献研究、实地调查等研究方法,分析了目前我国大部分高等体育院校(系)学科组织结构的沿革和优劣,认为当代科技发展、体育科技创新和体育人才培养必然要对高校学科组织提出创新要求,高校应重视学科组织结构的跨学科性和学科交叉性,并建议考虑构建"教学—科研二维矩阵"的模式,用案例说明了"教学—科研二维矩阵"学科组织结构的两种具体实施方式。最后,提出了几点针对高等体育院校(系)学科组织结构创新的建议。

Through literature study and field survey, this paper analyzes the history, the strengths and the weaknesses of disciplinary structure applied by a majority of universities and departments of P. E. Holding that innovation is an inevitable trend for disciplinary structure regarding the technological development, technological innovation of P. E. and cultivation of P.E. talents, schools of higher education should attach importance to the transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary features of disciplinary structure. In this paper, ＂two-dimensional matrix of teaching and scientific research＂ was constructed by illustrating its two specific implementation methods. Suggestions for the innovation of disciplinary structure were proposed.
