自动全血细胞分析和白细胞分类复检规则的制定分析

The analysis of review rules about automated complete blood analysis and leukocyte classification

目的分析全血细胞分析以及白细胞分类中复检规则的制定情况。方法选取不同科室的1400份血样本,均分别采用xs-1000i型全自动血球分析仪检测,同时进行镜检,以镜检结果作为诊断结果参照标准,制定暂行复检规则,并应用于全血细胞分析以及白细胞分类中,同时根据复检情况制定出更具可行性的复检规则。结果现行复检规则的复检率为25.3%(暂定复检规则复检率为31.2%),复检率明显降低,提高了临床对血细胞的检测效率。结论本文所制定的复检规则临床应用价值明显提高,但今后还需在实践中进一步作调整。

Objective Analysis of whole blood cell analysis and classification of leukocytes in the case of re-examination rulemaking. Methods To select different sections of the 1400 copies of the blood samples were respectively xs-1000i automatic blood cell analyzer, simultaneous examination to examination results as the reference standard diagnostic results, formulate interim review criteria and apply full WBC blood cell analysis and classification, while according to recheck the situation more feasible to develop re-examination rules. Results The current re-examination rules retest was 25.3%（provisional rules retest retest was 31.2%）, reexamination was significantly reduced, thereby improving clinical detection efficiency for blood cells. Conclusion This paper established review criteria significantly improve the clinical value, but in the future need to be adjusted further in practice.
