摘要
目的研究强静磁场(SMF static magnetic fields)照射对白血病细胞株Jurkat细胞内谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的影响。方法采用4T的强静磁场分别连续照射细胞1、8、24 h,采用生物化学DTNB法测定细胞内GSH含量。结果在强静磁场照射后,1、8h和24h细胞内谷胱甘肽含量分别为(6.52±1.12)、(6.22±1.09)mg/L和(5.18±1.08)mg/L,低于相应对照组细胞内含量(9.99±1.85)、(9.971±1.28)mg/L和(9.88±1.18)mg/L,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强静磁场照射能降低白血病细胞内谷胱甘肽的含量。
Objective To Study the effects of exposure to high static magnetic fields on cellular Glutathione content of leukemic cells. Methods Leukemic cells were exposed to high static magnetic fields with magnetic intensity of 4 Tesla(T) for 1 hour,2 hours and 24 hours,celluar GSH concentration was examined by biochemical analysis with DTNB. Results After exposure to high static magnetic fields for 1 hour,2 hours and 24 hours,the cellular GSH content of the leukemic cells in the experiment group are(6.52±1.12)mg/L、(6.22±1.09) mg/L and(5.18±1.08) mg/L,Compared to control group(9.99±1.85) mg/L、(9.971± 1.28) mg/L and(9.88±1.18) mg/L,the content of GSH in the leukemic cells in the experiment group were decreased significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion Exposure to static magnetic fields can decrease cellular Glutathione content of leukemic cells.
