梔翘生肌软膏毒理学实验研究

目的探讨梔翘生肌软膏对实验动物短期或长期接触有无异常反应,为确保临床用药安全提供科学依据。方法参照中药新药毒理学研究指南对梔翘生肌软膏进行了急性毒性试验、长期毒性试验、皮肤刺激和过敏试验、小鼠嗜多染红细胞微核试验。结果急﹑长毒性试验均显示梔翘生肌软膏无毒性作用;皮肤刺激和过敏试验亦未显示刺激和过敏反应;微核试验用药组与盐水﹙NS﹚对照组比较,微核发生率无显著差异﹙P>0.05﹚。结论梔翘生肌软膏对试验动物皮肤无刺激,不致敏,无吸收中毒,亦无潜在的诱变作用。

Objective To investigate the Zhi Alice Shengji ointment on experimental animal short-term or long-term contact has no abnormal reaction, and provide scientific basis for clinical medication safety. Methods According to Chinese traditional medicine toxicology study guide for the acute toxicity test, long term toxicity test, skin irritation and allergy test, mouse micronucle-us test of Zhi Qiao Sheng Ji ointment. Results The results of acute toxicity test, long show Zhi Alice Shengji ointment toxicity; skin irritation and allergy test showed no stimulation and allergic reaction; micronucleus test group and saline control group（NS）, micronucleus rate had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Zhi Qiao Sheng Ji ointment has no stimulation to test animal skin, no sensitization, no absorption poisoning, no mutagenic potential.
