影响尿液检验分析前质量相关因素与应对措施探析

目的分析研究影响尿液检验分析之前质量相关原因,并采取相关处理措施。方法抽取近年来在我院31569份尿液样本在接手的时候出现的缺陷给予对比分析。结果在31569份尿液样本当中,一共有2012份标本出现质量缺陷,发生缺陷几率6.4%,当中尿液样本受到污染、样本没有标记清楚以及采集时间不当是导致影响尿液检验分析之前质量的主要原因。结论在对尿液分析之前的质量控制是整个尿液检查质量的主要组成部分,是保证临床检验结果准确无误的关键,这就需要临床医生、护士、实验组工作人员以及病人来一起努力,使尿液检验质量得到保障。

Objective To study effects of urine test before the analysis quality related reasons, and to take relevant measures. Methods comparative analysis of defect extraction in recent years in our hospital 31569 urine samples in over time. Results In 31569 urine samples, a total of 2012 specimens have quality defects, the defect occurs the probability of 6.4%, which the urine sample contamination, samples are not clearly marked and the acquisition time is affecting the quality of the main reason lead to improper before the urine test analysis. Conclusion The quality of urine analysis before the control is the main part of the quality of examination of urine, is the key to guarantee clinical test results accurately, it is necessary for the clinicians, nurses, and the pa-tients in experimental group staff to work together, so that the urine test quality guarantee.
