Feasibility of ZG45MnVTi for Liners in Ball Mill

研究了ZG45 MnVTi钢在冲击载荷下的磨料磨损性能,并与ZGMn13钢进行对比.研究发现：在石英砂磨料作用下,在1J、2J和3J的冲击载荷下,ZC45MnVTi钢的耐磨料磨损性能是ZGMn13钢的1.5 ～2倍.从技术和经济两方面分析后认为：ZG45 MnVTi钢用做球磨机衬板是可行的.

The abrasive wear properties of ZG45MnVTi was investigated in dynamic loading, and compared with that of ZGMnl3. The findings show that the abrasive wear resistance of ZG45MnVTi steel is about 1.5 -2 times of ZGMnl3 steel for the quartz sand abrasive at the impact load 1J, 2J or 3J. And from the views of technique and economy, the results show that ZG45MnVTi steel is feasible for liners in the ball mill.
