钢铁企业铁前区敏捷制造精细管控系统(QMES),以支持生产高品质、高产量的铁水为目标,着重于及时收集原料库存、原料消耗、产品质量、生产作业、设备等实绩信息,做出分析统计,做好原料的收、发、存管制,稳定各生产单元原料的供应以适应生产连续不间断的需要.系统对生产过程中的物流和信息流进行综合管理,使生产过程的物流和信息流同步,实现生产管理的合理化、在线化、集成化.系统采用ORACAL数据库接口技术,集铁前二级(L2)、三级(L3)自动化控制技术于一体,具有降低劳动强度、提高劳动效率、优化作业流程,提高钢铁企业效益的效果.

It focuses on timely collecting production information, such as raw material inventory and consumption, product quality, product operation and equipment. This system can make statistical analyses for controlling the management of receiving, sending and storing the raw materials so to keep the raw material supply stable, meeting the needs of continuous production. And the system also comprehensively controls the production processes of logistics and information at the same time, so that the rationalization, on- line and integrated production management can be realized. ORACAL database interface technology will be used, combining level 2 and level 3 automatic control technology. This can reduce labor intensity, improve productivity and optimize working processes. It has great significance on the iron and steel enterprise.
