通过一种球阀内部组合件的加工分析,对生产过程中机械加工薄壁、刚性差及强度低的零件做一次深入的研究探讨,并对刀具的选择、参数设定等工艺步骤进行总结归纳.同时,通过对加工过程中复合循环指令的控制的分析与应用,解决此类组合件加工过程中遇到的一些难题.

In this paper, through analyzing a ball valve internal assembly process, a thorough research on the process for the production of machining thin wall, poor rigidity and low strength parts is introduced, and the tool selection, parameter setting and other steps of the process are summarized. At the same time, through the analysis and application of control of compound cycle instructions during the processing, some of the problems encountered in the process of such assembly are solved.
