对高炉高温区冷却壁漏水对高炉技术经济指标,炉况顺行状况,高炉寿命等方面的影响进行分析,及时制定有效的应对措施,继续维持高炉正常生产,实现了保生产保安全按计划停炉中修的目的.
Through analyzing the influence of blast furnace cooling wall leakage in the high temperature zone on the techni- cal and economic indexes, conditions, and the life of the blast furnace, we formulated effective measures promptly, which could maintain the normal production of the blast furnace continuously , and achieve the target of safe production and planned shutdown.
