基于SWOT分析的高职毕业生创办微小型企业研究

Research on Self-employment Micro and Small Enterprises by Higher Vocational Students Based on SWOT analysis

近年来,受经济下行压力影响以及高职院校不断扩招后的巨大压力,高职毕业生自主创业已逐渐成为缓解就业压力的重要途径之一。采用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机会与威胁四个方面,就当前高职毕业生创办微小型企业过程中的影响因素展开分析与研究,并针对性地给出高职毕业生创办微小型企业的几点建议,为高职毕业生的成功创业提供理论指导。

In recent years, with the influence of economic downturn pressure and the huge pressure after continuous enrollment in higher vocational colleges, the self-employment of higher vocational graduates has gradually become one of the important methods to relieve the employment pressure. Using SWOT analysis method, from the four aspects of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, we analyzed and researched the influenced factors during the process of running micro and small enterprises for higher vocational college students, putting forward some related suggestions in order to provide theoretical guidance on entrepreneurial suc-cess for higher vocational graduates.
