摘要
山东省某城市垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理工程采用IC/两级AO/外置超滤/纳滤/反渗透/浓缩液深度处理工艺,处理量为900 m3/d。介绍了该项目的设计概况、工艺流程,并对调试经验进行总结。运行结果表明,该工艺能有效处理渗滤液中各种污染物,设施运行稳定,出水水质达到《生活垃圾填埋水污染物排放标准》(DB 37/535—2005)和《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889—2008)。
The combined process of IC system, two-stage A/O system, external ultrafiltration sys- tem, nanofiltration system, reverse osmosis system and advanced concentrate treatment is applied to the landfill leachate treatment in a city of Shandong Province. The treatment capacity is 900 m3/d. The de- sign overview and technological process of this project was introduced, and the commissioning experience was summarized. The operation results showed that this combined process could effectively remove various pollutants in leachate and the equipment ran stably. The effluent quality could meet the requirements of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Leachate from Domestic Waste Landfill Site ( DB 37/535 - 2005 ) issued by Environmental Protection Agency of Shandong Province and Standard for Pollution Con- trol on the Landfill Site for Domestic Waste (GB 16889 -2008) issued by Ministry of Environmental Pro- teetion of the People' s Republic of China.
