摘要
江苏某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液处理工程采用UASB—A/O-UF工艺,对UASB反应器、A/O池和UF的运行效果进行了分析。当UASB反应器有机负荷约为7.1kgCOD/(m^3·d)时,COD去除率>81%,A/O池中O池在DO为2~3mg/L、pH值为7.2~7.5、温度为31~33℃、有机负荷约为1.8 kgCOD/(m^3·d)时,对COD和氨氮的去除率分别为80%和98%以上,UF出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级标准。
The leachate treatment project of a domestic waste incineration power plant in Jiangsu Province adopts the combined process of UASB, A/O tank and UF. The performances of UASB, A/O tank and UF were analyzed. When the organic load rate (OLR) in UASB was 7.1 kgCOD/(m3 · d), the COD removal rate was more than 81%. Under the conditions of the dissolved oxygen of 2 to 3 mg/L, the pH of 7.2 to 7.5, the temperature of 31 to 33 ~C, and the OLR of 1.8 kgCOD/(m3 ~ d) in O tank, the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were 80% and 98% respectively. The effluent quality of UF could meet the third class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
