摘要 分析了流化床污泥焚烧干化工艺中氧含量控制的重要性和必要性,介绍了实际操作过程中问题出现的原因。针对进口设备国产化出现的系统密封问题,以及对污泥干化系统的影响,对系统密封工艺采取了有效的改进措施,并对与之相关的工艺操作和工艺参数进行了调整,最终污泥干化系统的操作达到了较好的效果,系统氧含量控制在4%以下,优于系统设计要求(含氧量<8%)。该工程对污泥无害化处理设备国产化进行了积极的探索和实践。 The importance and necessity of controlling oxygen content in the fluidized-bed sludge incineration drying process were analyzed. The reasons of problems existed during the actual operation were introduced. Due to the system sealing problem of the imported equipment to be localized and its in- fluence on the sludge drying system, the system sealing process was effectively improved, and the related process operations and parameters were adjusted. The satisfactory operation effect of the sludge drying system was achieved. The oxygen content was controlled below 4%, which was lower than the design val- ue of 8%. The project was a positive exploration and practice for sludge harmless treatment equipment lo- calization.
