摘要 利用热电厂余热中压饱和水蒸气作为污泥干化的热源,污泥热干化后送至热电厂协同焚烧,该污泥协同焚烧的技术路线在苏州工业园区污泥处理工程中得到成功应用。该工程实现了污泥热干化系统与热电厂系统的有机结合。通过对该工程污泥热干化+协同焚烧的设计及特点进行研究分析,为同类污泥处理提供借鉴和参考。 The medium pressure saturated steam from the residual heat in a power plant was used as heat source for sludge thermal drying. The sludge was delivered to the power plant for coordinated in- cineration after thermal drying. This technology has been successfully applied in the sludge treatment pro- ject in Suzhou Industrial Park. This project succeeded in integrating sludge thermal drying system with power plant system. The design and characteristics of this project which incorporated both sludge thermal drying and incineration were analyzed to provide reference for similar sludge treatment projects.
