摘要
东北地区某粪便处理厂对处理过程中的粪便污水采用生化处理/膜处理/高级氧化/曝气生物滤池的处理方案。工程建立以监控计算机和现场控制分站为核心的集散型控制系统,并建立了与之相配套的检测仪表系统,从而保证粪便污水处理系统能正常、合理地运行。通过自控系统累积运行数据,对工况持续分析并调整,从而不断优化处理系统的运行。
The combined process of biochemical treatment, membrane treatment, advanced oxida- tion and biological aerated filter is adopted for treatment of fecal sewage in the fecal treatment plant in a city in northeast China. The distributed control system using monitor computer and onsite control substa- tion as the core and the matched detection instrument system were established to guarantee the normal and reasonable operation of the fecal sewage treatment system. The automatic control system is used to collect the operation data, continuously analyze and adjust the working conditions, thereby continuously optimi- zing the operation of the whole system.
