改良A^2/O工艺用于大连开发区污水二厂提标改造 被引量:6

Application of Modified A^2/O Process to Upgrading and Reconstruction Project of Second Sewage Treatment Plant in Dalian Development Zone

摘要 大连开发区污水处理二厂原设计规模为8×104m3/d,采用A/O工艺,出水水质执行《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准;提标改造后设计规模仍为8×104m3/d,采用改良A2/O工艺+深度处理工艺(高密度沉淀池+微滤机+紫外线消毒)。生产运行结果表明,改良A2/O工艺运行稳定高效、抗冲击负荷能力强、维护管理简便,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准,并回用于大连开发区第二热电厂供机组循环水补水及工业用水使用。 The original design capacity of Second Sewage Treatment Plant in Dalian Zone was 8 × 104 m3/d, A/O process was adopted, and the effluent quality met the second specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996 ). After the u Development class criteria pgrading and reconstruction, the design capacity is also 8 × 104 m3/d, and the modified A2/O process and advanced treatment processes including Densadeg, microfihration machine and UV disinfection are adopted. The operation results show that the modified A2/O process has stable and effective operation, high resistance to shock loading and convenient maintenance and management. The effluent quality meets the first class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 -2002). The effluent can be used as the production water, circulating cooling water and industrial water in the second power plant.
