摘要
文章采用问卷调查的方法对高校图书馆员工作压力状况进行了调查,结果表明:高校图书馆员的工作压力总体状况介于轻度到中度之间,社会因素、学校管理及制度和个人职业发展三个因素是目前馆员最主要的压力来源。同时,从环境因素、组织因素和个人因素三个方面对高校图书馆员职业压力的成因进行了深层次分析。
Using the method of questionnaire survey, the working pressure of librarian in academic library was investigated, results showed that the overall condition of library personnel's working pressure is in mild to moderate, in which the social factors, school management and system and personal occupation development are the librarian's most important sources of pressure. This paper analyzes causes of job stress of academic library from environmental factors, organizational factors and personal factors.
