This article mainly discusses the allocation planning and implementation strategy of self-service library. The author holds that the reasonable allocation planning includes basic principles, planning strategies, planning goal, location programming, location evaluation, etc. Besides, this article proposes that the implementation of locating of self-service library can start with organization institution, trusteeship management, standard enforcement, broadcasting and extension, etc.
