摘要 目的探讨AP-2α、E-cadherin及β-catenin在早发型子痫前期、晚发型子痫前期及34周前分娩的胎盘组织中的表达情况,从而研究其与早发型子痫前期发病机制的相关性。方法选取35例早发型子痫前期、30例晚发型子痫前期及10例34周前分娩的孕妇,采用免疫组化方法检测3组胎盘中AP-2α、E-cadherin及β-catenin的表达情况。结果早发型子痫前期、晚发型子痫前期及34周前分娩的孕妇胎盘组织比较,AP-2α及E-cadherin阳性表达率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而β-catenin阳性表达率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早发型子痫前期与晚发型子痫前期可能存在不同的发病机制,且AP-2α及E-cadherin与早发型子痫前期发病机制有一定关系。 Objective To evaluate the expression of AP-2α, E-cadherin and β-catenin in the placental tissue of ≤ 34-week delivery-women, early- onset preeclampsia and late-onset preeclampsia delivery-women, so as to explore the possible relationship of AP-2α, E-cadherin, and β-catenin with early -onset preeclampsia. Methods A total of 35 cases of placental tissue from early-onset preeclampsia delivery-women, 30 cases of placental tissue from late-onset preeclampsia delivery-women and 10 cases of placental tissue from ≤ 34-week delivery-women were selected. The expression of AP- 2α, E - cadherin and β - catenin were detected with the method of immunohistochemistry. Results The expressions of AP- 2α and E - cadherin in the experimental group were higher in the placental tissue from earlyonset preeclampsia delivery-women than these in other subjects, and the differences were statistical significant. The expression of β - catenin in the experimental group was higher in the placental tissue from early - onset preeclampsia delivery-women,but there was no significant difference of the positive rote. Conclusion The pathogenesis of early-onset and lateonset preeclampsia may be different. AP-2α and E-cadherin may be involved in the development of early-onset preeclampsia.
