摘要
卷绕头是化纤长丝纺丝设备的关键单元机。针对卷绕头的高转速、快速往复运动的特点,对卷绕机的凸轮传动机构、筒管加持机构以及导丝机构等关键机构进行了改进设计和实验研究。通过改进凸轮廓线改善其受力状态,进而提高滑梭使用寿命;采用张紧弹簧型夹持机构,使夹持动作更为可靠;采用一个凸轮槽驱动滑梭主动运动,带动从动滑梭的导丝运动,提高圆柱凸轮的工艺性,降低了多筒管卷绕机凸轮曲线加工的成本。
An improving design and experiment of the cam profile,bobbin clamping mechanism and guide wire cross section was done based on the characteristics of high speed rotation and fast reciprocating motion.The stress condition and the shuttle service's life were improved by improving cam profile.The clamping mechanism with the tension spring is reliable clamping action.The guide mechanism with one cam groove drives the active shuttle and the active shuttle drives others.It improves the process of the cylindrical cam and reduces the cam's manufacturing costs.
