摘要 定量分析了塑壳断路器整定电流与线缆长度的关系。可通过降低整定电流倍数来减小整定电流,使塑壳断路器在电缆长度内可靠动作。为了提高设计的方便性、准确性,提出将定量的验算制成计算书及相关数据。案例分析结果表明,要使塑壳断路器满足设计要求,更好的方法是在设计初期确定变配电室位置时控制线缆长度。 The relationship between setting current in moulded case circuit breaker (MCCB) and the length of cable was analyzed quantitatively. By setting the current multiple, the setting cun'ent was reduce to make the MCCB reliable action within the cable length. To improve convenience and accuracy of the design, the calculation sheet and related data from the quantitative calculation were proposed. The results of example show that the best method is controlling the length of cable to meet the design requirements when the transfnrmer room and power distribution romm location is determined at the beginning of the design.
