CRRT在危重病中的应用新观点 被引量：24

摘要 重症监护室（ICU）伴有急性肾损伤（AKI）的危重症患者应用肾脏替代治疗（RRT）的作用在20多年前就得以确立,一直到近年来,RRT才作为危重病救治策略中的重要组成部分,特别是连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）开启了危重病救治的一个新时代,但是CRRT在临床危重病中的实际应用问題仍存在相当大的差异及争议[1-3].CRRT临床应用的机制,最佳治疗时机及治疗策略等问题仍是目前关注的热点.本文拟对CRRT在危重病中的应用新观点作一简述.
