唐律是中国古代法律的楷模 ,作为其内容之一的婚姻家庭法亦是古代法律的典范 ,它的立法指导思想、内容不仅有时代特色 ,而且深刻影响了后世 ;
The law of the Tang dynasty is the model of ancient law in China. Marriage and family law as one of its contents is also a model to be followed. Its guiding thought of legislation and its content not only have the era characteristics, but also affect deeply the descendants. It also provides a historical experience for the marriage legislation of our country at present.
