市场经济体制改革使国有企业职工的身份和经济地位都发生了较大变化 ,从而引起人们对职工主人翁地位认识的混乱和困惑。要正确认识这一问题 ,应该从经济制度的法权形式 ,包括所有权、经营管理权和分配权三个方面重新思考。要重建国有企业职工主人翁法律地位 ,必须树立与市场经济体制相适应的法权观念 ,实行经济民主化改革 ,包括产权民主化。

The reformation of the market economy system has greatly changed the status and the economic position of the staff and workers in the state owned enterprises. subsequently it makes a confusion and perplexity on understanding the staff and workers' legal master status. To understand the problem correctly, consideration must be given to legal right frame of the economic system, including property right, management right and distribution right. In order to reconstruct the legal master status of the staff and workers in the state owned enterprises, the idea on legal right should be changed to conform to the market economy. The reform of economy and democracy concerning property democracy, management democracy and distribution democracy must be conducted.
