摘要
我国中小企业自 1978年以来得到了长足的发展 ,但也因为它的单位规模有限 ,常给人们造成错觉而不受重视 ,甚至被否定 ,但是经济发展空间为中小企业生存与发展提供了基础。在当今 ,不仅需要认识到它在我国经济发展中能起到不可替代的作用 ,更需要看到它在深化改革进程中加强管理的迫切性。只有不断提高管理水平 ,才能适应市场需求的变化。
Small and medium enterprises have been developing since 1978 in China. Because of their limited unit scale, they always give people a wrong impression and are even negated. But the economic development space provides a foundation for the existence and development of small and medium enterprises. Today, it is necessary not only to recognize the irreplaceable function of small and medium enterprises in the economic development of our country, but also to know the urgency to strengthen management in the progress of deepening reform. Only by improving the level of management constantly, can they adapt the change in the market demand.
